Lovely welcome on arrival .. filled in my details and given a briefing on where everything is and times for breakfast . First impressions of the room ..clean and fresh (didn’t do an inspection like they do on that telly program ) … perfectly situated for me .. nice and quite a little out of town with fantastic public services into town (Tram / Bus / Taxi ) .. lovely quiet nights sleep both nights .. nice and clean restaurant with sea view .. excellent breakfast with a perfect egg both mornings with top up tea and toast .. I did book elsewhere for this trip but as luck would have it the hotel cancelled me at the last minute .. i come to Blackpool quite often for the Northern soul weekenders .. I would like to say the Windsor Park Hotel is absolutely five star Danny. The owner cannot do enough for anybody. His food is absolutely out this world and the rooms are lovely and clean. We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The family-run service made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Danny was amazing! He knew so much about the local area, and his recommendations really made our visits to the attractions even better. Our room was spotless, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. EXCELLENTVerified Recommend Had a lovely 3 night break and were very impressed by the decor, comfort and cleanliness of the Windsor. The hosts were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great especially the full English which was piping hot. Arrived at The Windsor Park Hotel on the Wednesday afternoon, to be met by the ever cheery, ever helpful Danny ( with pink face paint on, courtesy of his lovely daughter). Already, we knew that this would be an enjoyable stay, and after checking in, and getting the keys to our room, we instantly noticed that everything was clean and well presented. Everything that we needed, was available. Clean, tidy, fresh modern paintwork all round. Externally, all looked fairly fresh as well. Special praise must be for the breakfasts, as they are superb. Everyone that was there shall verify that the Full English was plentiful and hot. Service was also speedy. A mention too for the relaxing bar area, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass served by the multi-tasking Danny. A very knowledgeable man, who was happy to advise us of a range of eating places for a nice birthday meal the following day. We can easily see ourselves returning to this cracking little hotel in the future... This Hotel is wonderful, if you are coming to Blackpool a gem in this town, l can honestly say you will not be disappointed. And good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.Posted onVerified Serene spot for a weekend getaway We had a lovely two night stay at this wonderful b&b! From arrival to departure we were made so welcome by the wonderful hosts who are so friendly I could have chatted to them all day. We got lots of recommendations of where to go and how to travel about during our stay which was very helpful. We stayed in room 5 which had a great view of the sea and some of the Illuminations that feature along the prom. That was very special. The room was also very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fabulous, everything perfectly cooked, and never had to wait long for anything. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be recommending to friends and we can't wait to book our next stay. :)
